Business Units

To ensure the control of production and the integrity of supply Grampian is structured in a Business Unit manner, each has full commercial  autonomy, with full profit and cash accountability.

Each Business Unit has its own Board of Directors and management team who report into the Main Board of Grampian Country Food Group. This structure enables Grampian to retain complete control and traceability in all of our processes, guaranteeing the integrity of the final product eaten by the consumer.

The Group comprises of four main business units which are:
