Hall's was founded in 1932 by David A Hall. Hall's has been based in Broxburn, near Edinburgh since the early 1960's, and in 1998 was acquired by Grampian Country Food Group. Grampian Country Pork Hall's is Scotland's largest pork processor producing Scotland's best loved breakfast products for over 70 years. The Hall's business currently employs in excess of 900 people at the Broxburn site, and is a major supporter of Scottish agriculture

Hall's, the No 1 Scottish pork brand, has recently undergone a rebranding and packaging relaunch. The packaging introduces a new look across the full range, with the introduction of photography and a new 'oval' Hall's logo. But Hall’s expertise doesn't just stretch to sausages, Hall's provide a full range of delicious breakfast products from bacon to black pudding which are firm favourites on breakfast tables throughout the land.

In addition Hall’s makes the world's best selling haggis and this current market is worth £3.9 million.  Hall's haggis is well supported at both St Andrew's and Burns events which are celebrated widely across the country.
