Highland Organics

Highland organics was started by a group of like-minded farmers and food lovers in the highlands of Scotland who care about quality produce and taking care of the environment.
 
We take great care in our small family run farms, with the entire supply of organic chicken we sell coming from our Scottish Highland base.
 
The basis for the Highland Organics farming methods is to aim for a truly sustainable agriculture through the development of biological cycles involving micro-organisms, soil, fauna, plants and wildlife.  The systems of agriculture that Highland Organics employ, actively encourages a diverse and healthy environment in which birds, insects and animals thrive and the nature is in balance.
 
Our range of organic chicken includes delicious, whole chicken for roasting, chicken breast fillets, legs, drumsticks and thighs.  Each cut is different as it is cut to order by our master butchers.
