Through our Red Meat Business Unit we provide a wide range of beef and lamb products to our key customer base.
 
From procurement through to processing and distribution our Red Meat businesses are driven by the highest quality of management and traceability standards. This is reinforced by our HACCP and EFSIS accreditation.
 
Working in partnership with our farmer suppliers we have established procurement groups who grow livestock to meet our customers exacting requirements. These groups demonstrate the long-term loyalty we give to our farmer producers.
 
We manage three distinct companies within the Red Meat business unit, namely:

- St Merryn Food Group
- Welsh Country Foods
